  FLOWER ORDERS
How do I make an order?
It’s easy! Just send me a quick note on my contact page, or call me directly. We'll go from there.


 Will you be my Wedding Florist?
The answer is a resounding “YES!” Contact me and we'll begin the process of creating a most magical event. I will send you idea boards to get your imagination rolling. We will work closely together so that I understand exactly what you want and when you want it!


Deposit?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date for our services. Remainder of fees will be due 1 week before your event.

Cancellation of Event?

 You may cancel your contract up to fourteen days before your event. Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery and Set-Up fees?
Local delivery fees for fresh arrangements range from $3.00 - 10.00 depending on where you are. Delivery fees for wedding parties range from $25.00 - 50.00.

For weddings and events the delivery fee includes the set-up charge. We assume that you will be keeping the flowers after your event, in that case, you or someone in your party will be responsible for the removal and clean-up of all flowers from your venue.

Photography?
If you like a photo you see on our site and would like to use it, just ask! Email us for permission and we will gladly grant it.

FLORA reserves the right to use photographs of your flowers for promotional purposes.


What is the Bouquet-of-the-Month Club?

This is a marvelous little service that will delight your intended recipient month after month! Your intended will receive a gorgeous fresh arrangement that is seasonally appropriate to the month in which it will arrive. This is a great birthday and Christmas present. Memberships can be purchased for 3-months, 6-months, or 12-months.


SHIPPING OF YOUR TREASURE AND FINDS

When are orders shipped?
In general, we package and ship orders once a week.  However, if you're in a hurry, let us know and we'll see what we can do for you.

How are orders mailed?
Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (First Class or Priority Mail, as applicable). If you prefer an alternate shipping method, please let us know. We'll confirm the price difference with you and, once paid, will be pleased to ship as requested.

Insurance?
We package to protect from bending and normal water damage in shipping. However, once a package is on it's way, we cannot guarantee what happens to it in the middle. If you'd like postal Insurance on your order, please let us know.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We are confident that you will love your purchase. In the case that something does not live up to your expectations, we will gladly refund the purchase price, less the cost of return postage.

What about damage during shipping?
